01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Responsibilities

Once your account is registered, you are entirely responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested. You must:

04 Deposits & Payments

z999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer. No international payment methods, foreign currencies or cryptocurrency are currently accepted.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your z999 balance within minutes. Bank transfers and Raast transactions may take slightly longer depending on banking system processing.
• z999 does not charge a deposit fee. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside z999's control.
• z999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network issues or banking system maintenance.

If a deposit does not reflect in your balance within a reasonable timeframe, contact z999 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit a second time until the first transaction has been confirmed or declined.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from z999 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to account verification being complete. Key withdrawal conditions include:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is approved. Verification requires submission of a valid CNIC and confirmation of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to payment accounts registered in your own name. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of your withdrawal request.
• Standard withdrawal processing time on z999 is within 24 hours of approval. The actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing schedule.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. Real money funds can be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.
• z999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts above a certain threshold. This is a standard security and anti-fraud measure.

07 Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. z999 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed in the system.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to z999's standard rules for that sport and event type, which are published in the sports section of the platform.
• For PSL, T20 internationals and other cricket events: in-play betting markets close at specific points during the match. Bets placed after a market closes will not be accepted.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• z999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation, data error or odds error. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your z999 balance after the relevant event has been settled. Settlement typically occurs within a few hours of the event concluding.

08 Casino & Games

z999's casino section includes live casino games, slots, table games and other formats. The following conditions apply:

• All casino games on z999 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer streams. Results are independently generated and cannot be influenced by the player or z999.
• In the event of a technical error during a live casino session — such as a disconnection or game malfunction — the hand or round is considered void and the stake is returned. z999 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
